The brand of aaa has been synonymous with successful recruitment in Aberdeen and beyond for almost 40 years.

“It’s fantastic to know that our company’s success spans four decades, and that is indeed a great achievement, however, it’s what is happening today and in the future that really interests our Leadership Team.

” In the last couple of years we have not only recruited for new companies to the area but helped them locate facilities, train their staff through our training business Continuum, even give advice on schooling and housing.

It’s also an obsession and passion of mine to make aaa’s brand internationally recognised as well as locally. We have to date placed senior staff in over 20 countries. Only last month we sourced a candidate from New Zealand for a role in Central Europe and my co Director Stuart McWilliam returned from Dubai with great recruitment and training opportunities from existing and new clients.

If we are to find the best people for our clients and the best jobs for our candidates then we need the best people working within aaa. Goals that if achieved will impact many lives and shape the future of individuals and companies.
